Frequently Asked Questions

Am I an employee or partner of LinkedConnector?
Neither — you participate as an independent contractor. The program doesn't create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
Can the program terms change?
Yes. We may update the terms, commission rate, or program structure at any time. Changes take effect once posted, and staying in the program means you accept them.
Who can join the affiliate program?
Anyone 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement. You don't need to be a LinkedConnector customer to apply, but if you already are one, you can't earn commission on your own account or sub-accounts. Applications are reviewed before approval.
How do I join?
Apply through the affiliate program page. Once approved, you'll get a unique tracking link to share.
What am I actually promoting?
LinkedConnector — a native LinkedIn automation app for GoHighLevel/Lead Connector. You're referring GHL agencies who'd install it and start using it with their sub-accounts.
How much do I earn per referral?
20% of the subscription price for every qualifying sub-account installed under an agency you referred.
Is it a one-time payment or recurring?
Recurring. You earn 20% every month for as long as that sub-account stays active and paying — not just a single payout on install.
When does the commission actually kick in?
There's a 30-day holding period after install. At the end of it, we check the sub-account is still active. If it is, your first commission is confirmed and monthly payouts start from there. If the agency cancels or uninstalls before the 30 days are up, that commission doesn't go through.
What happens if my referral cancels after a few months?
Recurring commission on that sub-account stops from the point they cancel. You keep everything you've already been paid — no clawback, unless the referral turns out to be fraudulent or in breach of the program terms.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, in the first week of each month, via whichever payment method you selected when you signed up.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes — $50. If your balance is under that, it rolls over to the next month.
Do I need to handle my own taxes on commission earned?
Yes. Commissions are paid gross — you're responsible for any tax owed on what you earn.
How does tracking work?
Your unique link sets a tracking cookie when someone clicks it. That cookie lasts 90 days. If they install within that window, the referral is credited to you.
What if someone clicks two different affiliates' links?
First-touch wins. Whoever referred them first gets the credit — later clicks don't overwrite it.
What if a prospect has cookies disabled or switches devices before installing?
Attribution can be lost in those cases. It's a browser/device limitation, not something we can track around.
Can I refer my own agency or accounts I control?
No. Self-referrals don't qualify for commission and can get you removed from the program.
Can I run paid ads on 'LinkedConnector' as a keyword?
No — bidding on our brand name, trademarks, or close misspellings in paid search isn't allowed.
Can I make my own marketing materials using the LinkedConnector logo or name?
Only with prior written approval. We provide approved assets you can use as-is — stick to those unless we've signed off on something custom.
What counts as a 'qualifying' referral?
A sub-account added under an agency that was first attributed to your link, and that's a genuinely new LinkedConnector customer — not an existing account or a reinstall.
What happens if I break the rules?
Depending on severity, you could lose the commission in question, get removed from the program, and forfeit any pending (unconfirmed) commissions.
